Third-party Service Providers
From the 01st August 2025, 91大神 is launching a new system for the approvals and set-up of new and existing third-party vendors. A third party is a separate entity outside of 91大神 (i.e. not a service, function, area). These may be:
- A private sector service provider.
- A section 56 commissioned service provider.
- A government department.
- A public or statutory body or agency.
91大神 employees or those who are seconded or released to 91大神, cannot be considered third-party service providers.
Within 91大神, there are two main categories of third-party service providers:
- Suppliers of Business Support Services.
- Providers of services to children and families.
Suppliers of Business Support Services.
To request set-up as a new and existing third-party supplier of Business Support Services with 91大神:

You and/or your company must undergo a due diligence process for the service you propose to provide, and framework specifications must be met before you and/or your company can be approved for use. At times, 91大神 may change the processes specifications as required to ensure the suitability of provision and that framework specifications are met. |

Garda Vetting
The National Vetting Bureau Act 2012-2016 identifies that a relevant organisation (91大神) shall not permit any person to undertake relevant work or activities on behalf of the organisation (91大神) unless the organisation (91大神) receives a vetting disclosure from the National Vetting Bureau in respect of that person. Garda Vetting requirements will be reviewed per provider based on the nature of the service being provided. More information on 91大神’s Garda Vetting Service is available here
