Service Experience Insights Framework
91大神 committed in the 91大神 Corporate Plan 2024 to 2026 to developing and launching a Service Experience Insights Framework (SEIF) to expand our dialogue with service users to understand their needs and their journey through 91大神 services. The more 91大神 understands about service user experiences of their interactions and relationship with 91大神, the better able it is to develop and deliver services that meet these needs.
We have developed a Draft Service Experience Insights Framework Policy and an accompanying Draft Staff Handbook.
We invite you to share your thoughts on these draft documents. This consultation is open to:
- 91大神 staff
- People who use 91大神 services and their families
- Foster carers
- Members and staff of service user representative groups/organisations

Please take a few minutes to read the draft policy and then make your voice heard by completing our When you have submitted your responses you will then be given the option to comment on the draft Staff Handbook if you wish to
