Seeking to trace
The Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022, for the first time, has created a right for people affected to access information about their identity at birth. It also gives 91大神 greater powers to search for and identify people through the tracing service. Each person will have their own unique reason for seeking background information and considering tracing.

If you wish to apply for a trace via post, please print a copy of the correct form below and post to P.O box 13018, Dublin 15.
