Protected Disclosures Policy and Procedure

If you are a worker in the sectors 91大神 regulates (early years settings, children’s residential centres in the private or voluntary sectors, or alternative education), please see the guidance for making a disclosure.
Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2014 requires that annual reports be published in relation to disclosures received. These are available here
